How Leadership Character Impacts Your Bottom Line

Leadership character is gaining more attention in our workplaces as companies witness the value of those who lead with integrity. In this webinar, Amy Swenson, Return On Character® keynote speaker, will share how leadership character impacts an organization’s bottom line. She will answer these big questions regarding leadership character:

  • What is leadership character?
  • Why is it important to the bottom line?
  • Who owns it and when/where do they assess it?
  • HOW are organizations asking questions of the workforce to gain insights into what employees really think about the character reputation of their leadership team?
