The Consortium is focused on building a robust data set that is unique to academic health and hospital systems. It will leverage authentic insights and metric data from employees themselves to inform advances in the workplace.

This is a chance to roll up your sleeves to listen, learn and share. A cadence of strategic convenings will include working dialogue between members and expert facilitation and output around key research themes.

There is no membership fee to join the Consortium in 2021. Members will be requested to participate in at least one research initiative in the year and engage in virtual sessions.
