Mike Taylorson is the VP of Learning and Strategy for the Parsons Corporation and has been administering organizational culture surveys there for the last 12 years. In 2016, the organization began engaging a new tool for their culture that could provide more transparent and actionable feedback in real-time to managers and their teams at Parsons.
