Sharing our Recent Award Honors
A year ago, we introduced the Waggl Engagement (WE) solution, designed to offer a more prescriptive approach to engagement by combining our technology solution, a benchmarkable proven question set, and the support of our Customer Success team. In December 2020, we were thrilled to receive two Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Awards for the WE solution: A Gold Award for Best Advance in Employee Engagement Technology and a Silver Award for Best Technology Innovation for the Remote Workforce.
In addition to the Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Awards, OnCon named Waggl as a “Top 25 Human Resources Vendor.” Award winners were selected by the HR community, based on having a good mix of great products/services, thought leadership contributions to the HR community, and exceptional innovation.
Over the course of the past year, Waggl was honored multiple times for its product innovation and technology advancements. Lighthouse Research and Advisory selected the Waggl Engagement (WE) Solution as the “Best Innovative or Emerging Tech Solution” in Talent Management; the 2020 CEO World Awards recognized Waggl with a Silver Award for Best New Product in the category of “Technology Software”; and Inspiring Workplaces commended the company as “Vendor of the Year” for the second consecutive year. Waggl also received a Bronze Golden Bridge Award in the category of “Best Technology To Combat and Reduce the Impact of COVID-19” for its “Putting People First” initiative and earned a 2020 Stevie® Award for Great Employers in the category of “Most Innovative Use of HR Technology During the Pandemic.” In addition, Waggl earned several Fall and Winter 2020 G2 awards, including “High Performer,” Easiest to do Business With,” and “Best Support.”
As always, we share these honors with our amazing network of partners and customers, who have taught us so much about facilitating authentic crowdsourced dialogue between managers, leaders and teams. We believe Employee Voice is the key to successfully navigating ongoing organizational challenges, particularly in essential industries such as healthcare. By asking people for their input, we can create an environment of mutual trust in which people feel safer and more empowered to continue doing their jobs in the face of the pandemic and beyond.
On a daily basis, we witness the importance of Employee Voice in boosting engagement and inclusion, creating a shared sense of ownership, and aligning teams around action. And with many organizations still operating remotely, this is becoming even more critical to achieving ongoing success.
We continue to be inspired by the opportunity to provide a voice for millions of employees in order to make their workplaces better. We are honored by your continued support and will continue to do everything in our power to earn your trust, each and every day.
