Resilient Culture, Steady Growth, and Advanced Technology

Keeping our Eyes on the Prize in Turbulent Times

No one would deny that this has been an exceptionally tough year for organizations of all kinds.  The global pandemic, economic recession, and continuous social and political tumult have made it a challenging time for all.

But even in the midst of all of this, we continue to be inspired on a daily basis by the opportunity to help employees and organizations improve employee engagement through transparency, dialogue, and actionable insights from their people.

At Waggl, we’ve never worked harder because we’ve never more clearly seen the importance of our mission to empower the Voice of the Employee. Leading a high-performing, resilient organization in today’s volatile business environment requires activating employees’ voices on topics that matter to both the vitality of individuals and the long-term success of the organization.

We have been honored and humbled to see our efforts paying off in the form of recognition by some very prestigious organizations in the past few weeks:

  • Best Innovative or Emerging HR Tech SolutionLighthouse Research and Advisory recently named the Waggl Engagement (WE) Solution as the “Best Innovative or Emerging Tech Solution” in the category of Talent Management.   The HR Tech Awards is a curated awards program that honors technology providers in the HCM industry, including learning, talent acquisition, talent management, core HR, and other related disciplines
  • Inc. 5000 2020.  For the second consecutive year, Waggl has earned a place on the Inc. 5000 2020 list of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in the United States, with three-year revenue growth of 314% percent.  The annual Inc. 5000 list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment — its independent small businesses. Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
  • 2020 Stevie Award for Great Employers.  Waggl’s “Putting People First During the COVID-19 Crisis” initiative earned a 2020 Stevie® Award for Great Employers in the category of “Most Innovative Use of HR Technology During the Pandemic.”  The Stevie Awards for Great Employers are an international business awards competition that are open to all organizations worldwide. The awards recognize the world’s best companies to work for, and the HR teams, professionals, achievements, new products, and suppliers that help to create and drive great places to work.
  • Bay Area’s Newsgroup’s Top Workplaces.  Waggl retained its spot on the Bay Area Newsgroup’s List of Top Workplaces in the San Francisco Bay Area for the second year, ranking #5 amongst small companies. This award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey, measuring several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

Clearly, we couldn’t have achieved this on our own without having an incredible network of customers and partners.  In the first half of 2020, we added a number of well-respected brands to our client roster in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, government, technology, education, financial services, fast-moving consumer goods, and more.  It’s been particularly gratifying to see an exceptionally strong renewal rate with our existing customers.  To see this steady, continued interest during such tumultuous times speaks volumes about the value that Waggl brings to its customers.

Whether you are a new Waggl customer or have been with us for years, this wouldn’t be possible without you! We can’t thank you enough for your support, and we are honored by your continued trust in us.  As we move forward together, we will continue to do everything in our power to make your experience the best in the industry, each and every day.
