Dr. Peterson is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School and Director of the School’s Leadership Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Peterson researches, teaches and consults on leading teams and organizations, high-performance teams, leadership assessment and interpersonal skill development. His research has been published in leading academic journals, as well as in important outlets for managers including Harvard Business Review, New Yorker Magazine, Economist, Zawya, and Forbes.
