Increase productivity in 2018 with meaningful collaboration
Within our ever changing professional environments, the importance of trust and team collaboration continues to be central to high-performing organizations. Igniting individuals and teams to work together more effectively may not happen organically. Without greater attention on seeking to hire more diverse staff, organizations might not be poised to take advantage of the exponential benefits a varied team can bring.
Dr. Randall S. Peterson has devoted his research, teaching, and consulting practice to developing teams with a close focus on diversity in team dynamics. His professional approach has been influenced by his lifetime interest in the role that trust plays in all relationships, including those experienced at work.
In his webinar, How to Create High-Performance Teams in 2018, Dr. Peterson leverages his extensive research and consulting experiences to inspire participants with:
- the core qualities of high-performance teams
- systems to increase collaboration and information sharing
- insight into the role of diversity in high-performance teams
Dr. Peterson is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School and Director of the School’s Leadership Institute.
