To move your organization forward, make time for reflection.
Progressive leaders will gather in October at Waggl’s first annual Harvest.
As summer turns to fall this year, we’ll start to turn inwards and reflect. What progress have we made with our organizations in 2017? Reflection reminds us our commitment to our core values and helps shed light on how they will continue to guide us forward.
Registration is now open for Waggl’s first annual Harvest. The exclusive retreat will connect visionary leaders and progressive leaders in the beautiful Napa Valley from October 10-12.
Joining us at Harvest will give you the opportunity to listen, and to share. Cultural transformation is driven by human connection. You’ll be connected to leaders from a variety of industries, and have the opportunity to learn from inspiring luminaries.
“Our conference is called ‘Harvest’ because it is dedicated to helping some of the best minds in HR to better harvest the wisdom inherent in their own organizations,” said Michael Papay, Co-founder, and CEO, Waggl. “People are the beating heart of any organization. Making live connections with other like-minded change agents and leaders can help to inspire fresh, cutting-edge thinking, and reignite passion and drive.”
Harvest will begin with a relaxed reception featuring farm fresh appetizers, craft cocktails, and Napa Valley wine in an indoor/outdoor area of Indian Springs Resort. Entertainment will be provided by comedian Andrew Norelli, previously appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman and nationwide comedy clubs.
On Wednesday, October 11th, guests will immerse in insightful programming. Roundtable discussions with industry leaders will explore:
Reverse Engineering a Culture of Risk
Tapping Caregiver Insight to Deliver Better Patient Experience
Leveraging Real-Time Field Intelligence for an Agile Sales Strategy
Guests will also have the opportunity to hear an incredible panel of speakers including:
Commander George Dom: Retired USN Captain, former Blue Angels Flight Leader, and Leadership Consultant
Steve Cadigan: Former VP Talent at LinkedIn, Co-founder and Head of Digital Transformation at ISDI Digital
Dr. Tamsin Woolley-Barker: Evolutionary Biologist, Primatologist, and Bio-Inspired Innovation Consultant
Our programming will take place at the incredible Napa Valley Triple S Ranch. Triple S offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere in the heart of wine country. You will leave Harvest feeling energized and inspired to create an incredible listening culture within your organization.
